Egres Real a.s. (joint stock company) is a company that owns and operates a manufacturing and warehousing facility covering an area of 100 000m² at the address 5 Přestanov in the Ústí region. The facility is situated in a strategic location in close proximity to motorway D8 and not far from the German border. Lack of parking options along the D8 and crowded car parks at petrol stations inspired us to create a car park for truck drivers in the Egres Real facility. From its inception, its realization was just a step away. For this purpose we have designated an area of 11 000m² just beyond the security gate. The surface is made of ribbed concrete, completely level, and is situated right next to the main building, in which we have created new sanitary facilities and a driver´s lounge. The facility is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and therefore is open non-stop.
